Even before we arrive at your site, we have initiated a project-specific plan just for you. Your personal Regional Account Manager begins the planning process; only TGM provides this unique customer relationship support service, providing you with reliable and on-going contact throughout your outage and beyond. As we continue that planning, we also monitor the schedule to permit the most efficient execution and potential problem identification early on in the process.
