TGM takes great pride in our tool sets; we feel they are the most comprehensive and best organized in the industry. We invest in our tooling to ensure our project team has the best tools for your outage.

Our typical tool set investment is over $300K per set, so that we have all the tools necessary to perform the project efficiently. Only special tools originally provided with the turbine and generator are supplied by our customers and, if a tool has been lost or destroyed, TGM can design and manufacture replacements.

Besides Major Inspection tool sets we have developed many other customized sets including:

Our Project-Specific Planning allows us to customize the tool set for the job. We have what we need on-site, right down to the very nut and bolt, even planning for contingencies.
