• Planning: TGM can help you plan for your next outage through the development of workscope, parts requirements, tool inventory and recommendations, and bid documents.
• Communication: We understand how important communication is and tend to over-communicate through daily status reports and daily project meetings.
• Quality: Our TGM Project Manager/Technical Director has the responsibility and authority to assure that our contract commitments are met. TGM warrants the workmanship of our team to the same level or better than the OEM provides.

TGM has an extensive list of qualified subcontractors, from steam and gas repair shops, to specialized NDE processes, to new and refurbished spare turbine and generator components. We also understand that customers want various roles in the turbine generator outage, from no involvement to significant involvement. Through clear delineation of responsibilities, TGM has shown that the outage can be effectively managed to provide effective results. Our people understand the importance of working together to achieve difficult tasks in short durations.
