Citizenship

TGM is part of a community, whether on a project in Chile or anywhere else in the Americas, and our employees act like it. They realize that they represent a professional company, and they have pride in their craft.
TGM plays an integral role in the county school system and supports technical training by being on advisory boards and providing class instruction to teach a specialty skill.
TGM contributes actively and financially to the United Way and the causes it supports. Every year, our employees participate in a Day of Caring, supporting worthy agencies like the Boys and Girls Club, Big Brothers and Sisters, Boy Scouts of America, Harry Chapin Food Bank, and Alvin A. Dubin Alzheimer’s Resource Center. We understand that we are fortunate, and we are glad to pass some of our good fortune back to the community.
