TGM lives by the philosophy of “do it right the first time!” Our work packages, project-specific checklists, trained personnel, and tool investment all contribute to quality performance. Additionally, TGM’s employee compensation system rewards good work and positive customer satisfaction. Quality comes only second to safety when TGM performs a project.

Responsibility

TGM has consistently offered outage workmanship warranties equivalent or better than the OEMs. On the rare occasion when there is an issue after an outage, TGM is known for responding quickly with an emphasis on resolving issues to minimize any operational impacts.

Through our customer satisfaction surveys and repeat business, TGM knows that our service emphasis is in line with customers’ expectations.
