TGM® Foremen Average Over 15 Years of Industry Experience

Have you ever met a foreman who could run an outage himself? Ours have been working in this industry long enough that they probably could. This is because of the close working relationship between our foremen and technical directors. TGM® foremen also have their own hand-picked craft labor crews that come with them to every job.

TGM® craft labor crews come to your job as a team. They are familiar with each other, the tooling and TGM® procedures. They are evaluated on every job and given incentives for good safety and mechanical performance. Many of our mechanics have been with the company for more than ten fifteen years.
